1. Service Overview
Buddy Mobile Pet Grooming provides professional mobile pet grooming services at locations specified by the customer. All services are performed by trained, licensed groomers operating from our mobile grooming unit.
2. Booking & Payment
Services are booked through our online scheduling system
Payment is required at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance
We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods
A valid phone number and address are required to complete any booking
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment are free
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment incur a 50% cancellation fee
No-shows incur the full service charge
Rescheduling is available at any time without penalty if done 24 hours in advance
4. Pet Health & Safety
Customers must disclose any health conditions, behavioral issues, or allergies prior to grooming
We reserve the right to refuse service for pets with untreated skin conditions, injuries, or behavioral issues that pose a safety risk
The customer is responsible for disclosing all relevant health information
Aggressive or dangerous behavior may result in service termination and full charges applied
5. Pre-Grooming Preparation
Pets should be bathed and free of excessive matting before grooming
Extremely matted coats may require additional time and fees
Pets must be up to date on vaccinations (rabies, DHPP)
We do not groom pets that are visibly ill or showing signs of contagious disease
6. Grooming Services & Pricing
Pricing is based on pet size, coat condition, and services requested
Final pricing may vary based on the condition of the pet upon arrival
A quote will be provided during booking and confirmed before service begins
Additional charges may apply for matted coats, behavioral issues, or extended grooming time
7. Liability & Damages
Buddy Mobile Pet Grooming is not responsible for pre-existing injuries, health conditions, or behavioral issues
We exercise reasonable care in handling all pets, but grooming involves inherent risks
Minor cuts, nicks, or abrasions may occur during normal grooming operations
The customer assumes all risk related to pet health during and after grooming services
We are not responsible for reactions to grooming products, including allergies or sensitivities
8. Post-Grooming Care
Customers are responsible for their pet immediately upon pickup
We recommend scheduling grooming appointments during times when you can be present for pickup
Grooming results depend on pet cooperation and coat condition; we cannot guarantee specific outcomes
Matted coats may need to be shaved short for safety and pet comfort
9. Weather & Travel
Service availability may be affected by severe weather conditions
Customers will be notified as soon as possible if weather impacts service delivery
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe driving conditions
A full refund or credit toward future services will be provided if we cancel due to weather
10. Limitation of Liability
Buddy Mobile Pet Grooming's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
All claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately
Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms
