What we collect when you book

When you book an appointment we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address and what we need to know about your pet — breed, age, coat condition, temperament and any medical or handling notes you tell us. We collect this because we cannot groom your pet safely without it.

What this website collects

This site loads a measurement layer that records which pages are viewed and which buttons are pressed, so we can tell which parts of the site are useful. It records the source that brought you here if you arrived from an advertisement or a search. It does not record your name, your address or anything you type. The map on a city page loads only if you click it — until you do, nothing is requested from Google and Google is not told you were here.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the services we need to run the business: the booking system that holds your appointment, the payment processor that handles the transaction, and the messaging service that sends your reminders. We do not send marketing messages to anyone who has not asked for them.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your mobile number we use it for appointment confirmations, reminders and the message telling you the van is on its way. Reply STOP to any message to stop them; that stops the reminders, not the appointment. Message and data rates may apply.

How long we keep it

We keep your customer record and grooming history for as long as you are a customer, because a groomer who knows your dog's coat and temperament does a better job than one starting fresh. Ask us to delete it and we will, except for what we are required to keep for tax and accounting.

Your choices
